This Regulation does not therefore concern the processing of such anonymous information, including for statistical or research purposes.”

And according to article 29:

“In order to create incentives to apply pseudonymisation when processing personal data, measures of pseudonymisation should, whilst allowing general analysis, be possible within the same controller when that controller has taken technical and organizational measures necessary to ensure, for the processing concerned, that this Regulation is implemented, and that additional information for attributing the personal data to a specific data subject is kept separately. The controller processing the personal data should indicate the authorized persons within the same controller.”

What data do we collect?

‌‌‌Mondial Health network collects the health data in an anonymous base, means without record the name or address or any other personal data. The main purpose of collecting this data is to respond to the rights you have enjoyed as a non-medical health user.

The names and profiles of doctors or medical users are used only to identify them by patients. We do not collect any named health data from physicians or medical staff.

 

How do we collect the anonymous data?

The information collected is exclusively the data entered voluntarily on this platform when using the services made available to you and your doctors. You or your doctor or medical center will provide data, collected in response to your rights as a non-medical user, directly to the Mondial Health Network. The data is collected and process when you:

  • Register online or place an order for any of our services.
  • Voluntarily complete a member survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
  • Use, complete, or view our website or use Mondial Health Network application via your browsers.

 

How will we use the anonymous data?

 ‌‌‌Mondial Health collects the data so that we can:

  • Process your order, your membership and manage your account to meet the demands, in response to your rights as a non-medical user.
  • We may use the anonymous data for research purposes in educational, learning, technical and scientific institutions or companies that work in the field of health, disease control and public health improvement, in keeping with recognized ethical standards for scientific research.

Mondial Health will keep anonymous collected data up to two years after the end of your membership renewal, so that the users can utilize them, unless they have a written request to delete them after end of membership. Once the above period has expired, the users will no longer have access to their anonymous data.

‌‌‌Mondial Health would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

The right to access - You have the right to access to your anonymous data.

The right to rectification - You have the right to correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to complete information you believe is incomplete, at your own risk and responsibility.

 The right to erasure - You have the right to remove your data, at your own risk and responsibility.

The right to restrict processing - You have the right to restrict the processing of your anonymous data, at your own risk and responsibility.

The right to object to processing - You have the right to finish processing of your anonymous data, at your own risk and responsibility.

The right to data portability - You have the right to transfer your anonymous data to another person, physician, organization, or directly to you; or give permission your physician or your medical center to transfer it on behalf of you. (At your own risk and responsibility)

The right to terminate your membership - You have the right to request that your membership in ‌‌Mondial Health Network terminate at any time. We have one month to process your request. Obviously, you will not be refunded if you have already paid for your membership.
